Cancellation & Return

Right to cancel

Customers have the right to cancel this contract before shipping without giving any reason.

Order cancellations after shipment may incur a 15% of the order amount as restocking fee.

To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform us ( service@tantaly.com) of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

Effects of cancellation

If customers cancel this contract, we will reimburse to customers all payments received from customers.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as customers used for the initial transaction, unless customers have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, customers will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Right to return

Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days after receiving them without giving any reason.

The refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customers acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by customers acquires, physical possession of the goods.

If customers want to return the goods to us, customers shall send back the goods to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state.

The goods should be returned without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which customers receives the goods. The deadline is met if customers send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

*Return processing time: 1-2 business days

Effects of return

If the goods have returned the goods to us, we will reimburse to customers all payments received from customers, without undue delay.

*Cost of return:Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

Customer care

We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to service@tantaly.com and we will find the best solution for you ASAP.
