I've tried the lube syringes from a few different companies and they are all terrible! The plastic washer break or roll up on themselves or just go missing 🙄

Most lube tubs are also a nightmare to use with dolls, trying to support the doll whilst adding lube, trying to guide it into the tunnel 🤣 it's just a turnoff tbh.

These lubido bottles are pretty hand though! The tube goes all the way to the bottom and it's pump action. If you can get your hands on a piece of plastic tube typically used for air pumps in aquariums, heat up one end so it had a bit of expansion play and slide it onto the nozzle, then cut to your desired length 😊

Make sure the end that will be getting inserted into the doll has no rough edges! Cut the tube at an angle and a light heat to smooth things off.

You can probably use an old hand soap dispenser too. There quite similar design, just give it a thorough wash then fill with your favourite lube.
